Physical Technical Security Policy ManagerPosition Type: Full-Time

We are looking to hire a Physical Technical Security Policy Manager to join our team in the Dulles Corridor, Virginia. This position reports to the Program Manager and will provide review and advice on appropriate Government regulations, security policies, and provide relevant policy recommendations.
The Physical Technical Security Policy Manager will be responsible for the following:- Advise management on current policies, standards, best practices, and the implementations associated with all federally mandated standards, as they relate to site-specific sites.
- Advise and provide subject matter expertise in the following; SECCA (22 U.S.C. 4865), 12 FAH6 Overseas Security Policy Board and Standards, 12 FAH5 Foreign Affairs Handbook, and DHS ISC, ICS 705, and ICD 706.
- Liaise with other Federal agencies, related to policy, regulations, and standards.
- Advise on current DoW unified facilities criteria, Standards, and Best Practices.
- Recommend procedural and technological solutions to improve force protection postures within mission constraints as new technologies emerge.
- Provide design reviews
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in a security or intelligence-related field
- Twelve years of demonstrated experience in Federal Security Policy in the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of War (DOW), utilizing applicable policy documents, such as ICD 705, ICD 706, SECCA (22 U.S.C. 4865), 12 FAH6 Overseas Security Policy Board and Standards, 12 FAH5 Foreign Affairs Handbook, and Department of Homeland Security ISC.
- Possess a TS/SCI with Poly.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Project Management and Data Collection.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites of products, such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Required Security Clearance:- Minimum of a U.S. Government TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to work at a desk using computers and other typical office equipment for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
