Responsibilities
Execute strategic projects to develop and optimize category strategies for category teams, driving long-term gross merchandise value growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement. Create and maintain project roadmaps for the teams by working with respective technical and business stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate project schedules, timelines, define milestones, and own the collaboration processes and tools. Track and report progress to internal stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers. Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities. Work with product and technical teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Informatics, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Informatics, Analytics (any), or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate work plans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes; Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements; Analyzing datasets to uncover insights, business growth opportunities, and areas of improvement using SQL or Excel; Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including benchmark analysis, and market and industry research; Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
