Position Overview
  • Provide specialized instruction and support to K-8 students with diverse learning needs through both push-in and pull-out services.
  • Support students primarily in reading fluency and comprehension, foundational math skills, and other academic areas based on individual needs.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 20 students, developing and implementing individualized instruction aligned with student goals and needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to monitor student progress and promote academic growth and classroom success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement required, with the appropriate grade-level authorization for the assigned students
  • Experience supporting students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) preferred
