What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Hold or be eligible for Alabama Early Childhood Special Education P-3 certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Experience or knowledge supporting young children with disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based or early childhood special education experience preferred, not required
