Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Review APM procedures and interact with document owners to ensure compliance with standard procedures and regulations.
  • Support the Change Control process for Irvine and International. Interact with all users and guide them on the process. Process change request for Irvine and International.
  • Support special projects, such as new product launch, sustaining changes, training assignment, records retention, CAPAs, SA, etc. in collaboration with team members; identify opportunities for improvement including developing and proposing solutions. Ensure documents are delivered at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
  • Follow up with Change owners to ensure all activities pending to implement the change are completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of APM documentation. Following and improving Quality System Documents.
  • Support Change Control metrics. Produce report for document update progress, change requests, and document periodic review.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Conduct regular reviews and document audits.
  • Serve as the conduit between various departments, promoting cohesive strategies to address quality issues and mitigate risks.
