Full Job Description
Qualis LLC is seeking a Space/Ground Segment Schedule Integrator to support the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

Support Government program leadership and mission integration teams in the coordination, development, and maintenance of integrated schedules across complex technical programs. Retrieve, review, and consolidate schedule data from contractors, government stakeholders, and supporting organizations to maintain accurate and synchronized Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple sources to support program planning, execution, and reporting activities. Maintain awareness of program developments and evolving priorities to ensure schedules remain current and aligned with mission objectives.

Identify schedule conflicts, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and variances, and present findings and recommended mitigation approaches to leadership. Support configuration management and program control activities as directed, including review of deliverables for contractual compliance and timely submission requirements. Coordinate with contractor and government counterparts to facilitate timely distribution, review, adjudication, and incorporation of stakeholder feedback.

Develop internal briefing materials, executive-level schedule products, and external-facing program documentation with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Support product managers, integrated product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across government, industry, FFRDC, UARC, and SETA organizations as required. Provide general programmatic and administrative support, including coordination of meetings, technical reviews, briefings, and action tracking.

Required Qualifications:
