Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled Analyst/Scheduler to provide comprehensive schedule development, maintenance, and data analysis support to the MSFC Cross Program System Integration (CSI) Project. This position supports CSI Functional Area Leads (FALs), the Flight Test Working Group (FTWG), the Interfaces team, the Dynamic Test and Modal Sensitivity Study (DTaMSS) Team, and the Exploration & Transportation Development Office. The role integrates schedules, identifies risks and critical paths, analyzes large datasets, and prepares recurring management level reports across Artemis mission interfaces.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Track all FTWG deliverables, milestones, and schedule critical paths.
. Maintain visibility of activities related to product development, delivery, and change requests (CRs).
. Provide routine schedule updates to the Mission Management/Systems Engineering FAL for integration with other integrated task teams.
. Track special tasks and off nominal activities assigned to the FTWG.
. Coordinate with project POC's to ensure schedule accuracy, consistency, alignment of dates, and resolution of discrepancies.
. Prepare weekly, biweekly, and monthly summary reports for Cross Program Integration Team (CPIT) management.
. Generate data driven insights, schedule status summaries, and analysis products supporting periodic reviews.
. Independently monitor, validate, and manipulate large datasets.
. Identify anomalies, trends, and correlations to support decision making.
. Perform data quality checks and integrate data for cross program analyses.
. Prepare and deliver analysis results for CSI status reviews and program assessments.
. Integrate top level milestone schedules.
. Prepare charts and materials for upper management presentations, including MPRs and CMC reviews.
. Participate in project meetings, presenting schedule updates, risks, and metric summaries.
. Prepare briefing charts, technical content, and schedule based visuals.
. Develop and maintain metrics and documented schedules for Artemis missions,

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 10+ years of experience
BS/BA
. Extensive experience with schedule development tools (MS Project, Primavera, Milestones Professional, etc.).
. Experience supporting NASA or DoD program planning, control, and scheduling activities.
. Ability to analyze complex datasets and develop meaningful metrics.
. Strong communication skills for coordination across multiple functional areas and programs.
. Experience conducting schedule health checks and critical path analysis.
. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
. Understanding of integrated schedule development processes for multi program environments.

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:

Basic understanding of EIA 748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable
Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
