ResponsibilitiesAs the Space Enterprise Coordinator for a national security program conducting 24/7 Space Warfighting operations, you will synchronize communication, procedural workflows, system integration and training efforts across operations centers, mission ground stations (MGSs), commercial resources and other partnered agencies. As a space defense mission and system subject-matter expert (SME), you will facilitate the rapid adoption of developing system tools and align network capabilities to maximize a total-enterprise force response to meet rising challenges within the space domain.
A successful candidate will frequently travel and liaise with DoD, IC and supporting commercial community staff and leadership to assess mission protection readiness, best practices, and identify potential risks to assure informed program management and customer decision-makers. The ability to manage training and coordinate participation in cross-organizational exercises from both tactical and operational perspectives with advanced knowledge of specialized Indications and Warning (I&W) tools is fundamental to this position. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of current task orders, space events, systems & mission needs and programmatic goal timelines serving as a SME focal point for the program, customer and related system development contracts while ensuring strategic plans are implemented as intended.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 5years ofprior relevant experience with bachelors degree(BS); 9years ofrelevant experience inlieu of degree,3 years of relevant experiencewith MSdegree or, 0 years of relevant experience with aPHD in related field
- Experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels
- Understanding and prior applied knowledge of orbital mechanics and space surveillance systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance withadjudicatedPoly
Preferred:
- Experience working in high-tempo space operational environment with contractors and government officials (both military and civilian) of all ranks and leadership levels 6+ years experience with STK or other astrodynamics systems (i.e.ASW, ATLAS, SPADOC and/or available I&W tools)
- Experience working withinIntelligence Communitysupportingspace domain missions
- Experience supervising personneland/or leading relevant ops teams
- ExperienceinPlanning, (i.e.Joint Operational Planning & Execution System (JOPES), CCMD/Joint Staff planning process,JointSpecialTechnicalOperationsormanagingteamexecution ofJointDoD and IC plans and
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
