Space Digital Integrated Network Integrator
The Opportunity

Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big-picture thinking to make an impact on U.S. Space Force capabilities for the warfighter? You understand your customer's environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.

As an Integrator on our team, you'll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate the next generation of resilient space, ground, and user capabilities across the space enterprise to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Your customer will trust you to not only architect, engineer, integrate, test, and deploy these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up-front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions.

You will perform Network Integration leadership and program management in support of enterprise reviews and governance boards, as well as analyze problems, develop technical reports, make recommendations, and work with government and corporate executive leaders and stakeholders to implement recommended solutions. The SDIN Integrator is a critical, newly created role designed to bridge, advance, and synchronize two distinct networking programs. Each network meets unique operational requirements. You will serve as the primary advisor and technical liaison, helping internal programs and external Mission Partners evaluate network capabilities, choose the appropriate solution for their mission, and develop robust interconnection frameworks between both networks. Map underlying technology, costing models, onboarding timelines, team structures, and operational frameworks. Define technical requirements, operational limitations, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-network efficiencies between SDIN and meshONE-T. Navigate cybersecurity compliance: Ensure all interconnected architectures meet stringent risk management and authorization boundaries. Lead cross-functional technical discussions between the SDIN and meshONE-T design and engineering teams. Translate complex network capabilities, dependencies, and constraints including bandwidth, costs, and deployment scheduling into clear guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience leading systems engineering for large-scale space systems of systems
  • Experience leading high-stakes briefings via Microsoft Teams
  • Experience authoring clear, concise technical blueprints, onboarding guides, and executive summaries
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking principles, protocols, and architecture
  • Ability to interact, brief, and build consensus at the executive leadership level
  • Ability to translate highly technical data into simple, actionable concepts
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with SDIN or meshONE-T networks
  • Experience in network architecture, systems engineering, or cross-domain solutions
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST standards

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
