Le Spécialiste des ventes en diagnostics agit en tant que consultant auprès des parties prenantes des pratiques vétérinaires, en construisant des solutions diagnostiques internes sur mesure en utilisant la gamme de produits Vetscan. Il est responsable de la vente des instruments Vetscan dans les pratiques vétérinaires, les centres de recherche et les institutions gouvernementales de son territoire.

Les principales responsabilités incluent la collaboration avec les gestionnaires de territoire, les gestionnaires de comptes diagnostiques et les gestionnaires de comptes stratégiques pour générer des pistes de clientèle et sécuriser de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires. Il assure une expérience de prévente et de vente fluide et professionnelle, en alignement avec les croyances fondamentales de Zoetis d'être "obsédé par le client" et "Nous sommes un Zoetis".

Le Spécialiste des ventes en diagnostics utilise la réflexion stratégique et l'analyse des tendances du marché pour augmenter les ventes d'équipements diagnostiques dans les comptes à fort revenu. Compétent dans tous les aspects du cycle de vente et de la vente consultative, il travaille pour acquérir et fidéliser les clients, augmenter les placements d'analyseurs Vetscan et stimuler l'utilisation des consommables. De plus, il gère le pipeline d'opportunités du statut de prospect à celui de client, en assurant une conversion rapide et efficace des pistes et une satisfaction client à long terme.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Acquisition de clients et excellence des ventes
  • Participer aux efforts de prospection et utiliser une approche consultative pour adapter des propositions centrées sur des solutions répondant aux besoins des clients.
  • Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vente des équipements diagnostiques, de la génération de pistes à la conclusion des affaires.
  • Négocier des accords alignés sur les offres commerciales de Zoetis et les adapter aux besoins des clients.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau d'expertise avec le portefeuille de produits, services, prix, concurrence et tendances du marché en constante évolution.

Promouvoir une orientation axée sur le client et offrir des expériences client exceptionnelles
  • Développer des partenariats à long terme, mutuellement bénéfiques et productifs avec les clients clés pour favoriser la fidélité et la confiance.
  • Renouveler les contrats avec les clients existants de Zoetis Diagnostics pour maintenir la continuité et la satisfaction.
  • Mener des revues d'affaires périodiques pour évaluer les performances, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et renforcer les relations avec les clients.
  • Modifier les contrats existants au besoin pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et répondre à leurs besoins évolutifs.

Gestion du territoire et du budget
  • Collaborer avec les collègues au sein de l'équipe diagnostics et d'autres unités commerciales et/ou fonctions, telles que les animaux de compagnie, le bétail, le support technique et les services vétérinaires, pour améliorer l'expérience client globale et l'utilisation des ressources.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Baccalauréat requis; une discipline scientifique ou commerciale est fortement préférée.
  • Expérience en médecine vétérinaire, soins infirmiers, laboratoire et/ou médical, préférée.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe. Expérience en vente obligatoire.
  • Expérience en ventes B2B dans un environnement d'entreprise, diagnostics, marketing, dispositifs médicaux, vente d'équipements de capital ou ventes contractuelles requise.
  • Esprit d'initiative, stratégique et de croissance, et passion pour l'excellence.
  • Excellentes compétences en présentation et en conversation.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation.
  • Solide sens des affaires et compétences en analyse financière, y compris la capacité à gérer efficacement les dépenses et les budgets.

The Diagnostic Sales Specialist acts as a consultant to veterinary practice stakeholders, building tailored in-house diagnostic solutions using the Vetscan line of products. They are responsible for selling Vetscan instruments in veterinary practices, research centers, and government institutions within their territory.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with territory managers, diagnostic account managers, and strategic account managers to generate leads and secure new business. They ensure a seamless and professional pre-sale and sale experience, aligning with Zoetis' core beliefs of being "customer obsessed" and "We are one Zoetis."

The Diagnostic Sales Specialist uses strategic thinking and market trend analysis to boost diagnostic equipment sales in high-revenue accounts. Proficient in all aspects of the sales cycle and solution selling, they work to gain and retain business, increase Vetscan analyzer placements, and drive consumable use. Additionally, they manage the opportunity pipeline from prospect to customer status, ensuring quick and effective lead conversion and long-term customer satisfaction.

This position covers Eastern Canada (Québec, Atlantic provinces, Ottawa) and the ideal candidate resides in the Montreal area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Acquisition and Sales Excellence
  • Engage in prospecting efforts and use a consultative approach to tailor solution-centric proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle of diagnostic equipment, from generating leads to closing business.
  • Negotiate agreements aligned with Zoetis commercial offers and tailor them to customers' needs.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing, competition, and market trends.

Champion Customer Obsession and Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
  • Develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships with key customers to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Renew contracts with existing Zoetis diagnostics customers to maintain continuity and satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodical business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce customer relationships.
  • Amend existing contracts as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and address evolving needs.

Manage Territory and Expenses
  • Collaborate with colleagues within diagnostics and from other business units and/or functions, such as companion animal, livestock, technical support, and veterinary services, to enhance overall customer experience and resource utilization.
  • Efficiently process new contracts to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new customers and uphold high standards of business conduct and compliance to maintain integrity and trust within the industry.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree required; a scientific or business discipline strongly preferred.
  • Veterinary, nursing, laboratory and/or medical background, preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in related field. Background in sales mandatory.
  • Experience in B2B sales in a corporate environment, diagnostics, marketing, medical devices, capital equipment sales or contractual sales required.
  • Action-oriented, strategic and growth mindset, and passion for excellence.
  • Excellent presentation and conversational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
