Titre du poste: Spécialiste qualité

En tant que spécialiste de la qualité dans nos installations de réparation et de révision, vous serez responsable de la gestion de plusieurs enquêtes qualité pour les lignes d'assemblage de moteurs, les services de réparation ou les accessoires. Vous piloterez différentes initiatives qualité afin de soutenir les opérations et de réduire le coût de la non-qualité. Vous serez également amené à conduire des actions qualité avec nos fournisseurs afin d'améliorer leur performance.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Saint-Hubert et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Vous pilotez une équipe pluridisciplinaire afin de gérer les échappées qualité
  • Vous conduisez les analyses de causes racines et les actions correctives (RCCA) dans des délais appropriés
  • Vous synthétisez et analysez les données afin d'identifier les facteurs contributifs et les problématiques systémiques à l'origine des non-conformités produits
  • Vous initiez et menez des initiatives qualité visant à améliorer en continu la performance, réduire les échappées et diminuer le coût de la non-qualité (CoPQ)
  • Vous impliquez les fournisseurs dans la définition et le déploiement des actions nécessaires à l'élimination des échappées
  • Vous contribuez aux initiatives de réduction du coût de la non-qualité
  • Émettez des alertes qualité lorsque nécessaire
  • Organisez et conduisez des tournées de processus sur le site et/ou chez les fournisseurs
  • Vous participez aux cliniques qualité afin de soutenir les opérations
  • Vous participez et pilotez des initiatives visant à promouvoir la culture qualité


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme universitaire en génie mécanique, aéronautique, ou tout autre domaine connexe ;
  • Expérience de travail +5 ans ;
  • Connaissance des procédés de réparation du domaine aéronautique ;
  • Expérience en après-marché domaine aéronautique un atout
  • Travail d'équipe, autonomie, sens de l'initiative, bonne communication, focus résultats


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Quality Specialist

What your day to day will look like
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to manage quality escapes
  • Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) in a timely manner
  • Synthesize and analyze data to identify contributors and systemic issues causing product non-conformities
  • Initiate and lead quality initiatives to continuously improve performance, reduce escapes, and lower the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ)
  • Engage suppliers in defining and deploying required actions to eliminate quality escapes
  • Support Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives
  • Issue Quality Flashes and Alerts as needed
  • Organize and lead process walks within the facility and/or at supplier sites
  • Participate in Quality Clinics to support operations
  • Participate in and lead initiatives that promote a strong quality culture


What do you need to be successful?
  • University degree in engineering, mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical
  • Work experience +5 years;
  • Knowledge of repair processes in the aeronautical field;
  • Experience in aftermarket aeronautical field an asset;
  • Teamwork, autonomy, sense of initiative, good communication, results focus


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
