Titre du poste: Spécialiste - Programme de gestion de flotte

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de membres issus à la fois des volets commerciaux et techniques de l'entreprise. Au sein de cette équipe, vous apprendrez les bases du fonctionnement des moteurs à turbine à gaz, ainsi que les enjeux commerciaux, environnementaux et techniques qui influencent les coûts d'exploitation des moteurs. Vous serez responsable de la modélisation et de la tarification des propositions de maintenance destinées aux clients.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Définir des propositions PGF™ personnalisées pour les exploitants, incluant les stratégies tarifaires et les évaluations de risques
  • Déterminer la couverture des produits en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de produits et l'équipe mondiale des ventes
  • Réaliser des évaluations de l'utilisation des aéronefs et des besoins en maintenance
  • Valider la rentabilité des propositions à l'aide de modèles financiers
  • Collaborer et communiquer avec l'ensemble des unités d'affaires concernées
  • Conseiller et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux procédures de proposition et aux modèles financiers
  • Soutenir l'équipe afin d'accroître la compétitivité sur le marché
  • Participer au processus de négociation jusqu'à la signature du contrat
  • Faire évoluer le produit PGF™ afin d'intégrer de nouveaux services dans une offre commerciale globale répondant aux besoins du marché


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme universitaire (commerce, finance ou ingénierie)
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'analyse, de tarification ou de modélisation
  • Sens aigu des affaires et grande attention aux détails
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement avec échéances serrées et à s'adapter à un rythme de travail rapide
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome
  • Expérience avec MS Office
  • Compréhension de l'écosystème du marché secondaire aérospatial, un atout
  • Esprit d'apprentissage continu, motivé à actualiser ses compétences et ses connaissances

Job title: Fleet Management™ Program (FMP™) Specialist

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team whose members come from both the commercial and technical aspects of the business. As part of this team, you will learn the basics of gas turbine engine operation as well as the commercial, environmental and technical issues that impact engine operating costs. You will be responsible for modelling and pricing of customer maintenance proposals.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Define customized FMP™ proposals for operators including rate strategies and risk assessments
  • Strategize product coverage with product managers and global sales team
  • Conduct assessments of aircraft utilization and maintenance requirements
  • Validate profitability of proposal business cases through financial modelling
  • Collaborate and communicate with all supporting business units
  • Advise and implement improvements to proposal procedures and financial models
  • Support team in achieving an increased competitive presence
  • Support the negotiation process until contract signature
  • Evolve the FMP™ product to integrate new services in an integrated commercial offering supporting the market needs


What do you need to be successful?
