Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously evolve an AI transformation roadmap that is results-oriented and adaptable.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute development activities related to the AI framework and adoption processes using Agile principles.
  • Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of an AI framework, including reusable AI assets and practical guides.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams for AI transformation.
  • Coordinate steering committees and stakeholder forums to ensure governance and progression of AI initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for advancing AI capabilities and recommend continuous improvements to transformation approaches.
  • Perform other related activities or deliverables as required.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Spécialiste principal(e) en gestion de projet – Transformation IA pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Élaborer et faire évoluer en continu une feuille de route de transformation en intelligence artificielle (IA) axée sur les résultats, priorisée et adaptable;

  • Planifier, coordonner et exécuter les activités liées au développement du cadre de référence en IA, à la mobilisation des parties prenantes, aux communications, à la formation et à la gestion du changement afin de soutenir l’adoption de l’IA au sein de la division, en utilisant les principes et pratiques Agile;

  • Contribuer à la conception et à l’amélioration continue d’un cadre de référence en IA, comprenant notamment le modèle de prestation et d’exploitation, les modèles d’architecture, les actifs IA réutilisables, les guides pratiques (playbooks), etc.;

  • Faciliter la collaboration et l’alignement entre les dirigeants, les parties prenantes d’affaires, les équipes techniques et les partenaires interfonctionnels afin de soutenir les activités de transformation IA;

  • Coordonner et animer les comités de direction, groupes de travail, forums de mobilisation des parties prenantes ainsi que les séances régulières de démonstration et de revue afin de favoriser l’alignement, la gouvernance et l’avancement de la transformation IA;

  • Identifier les occasions d’étendre et de faire évoluer les capacités IA ayant démontré leur valeur, documenter les leçons apprises et recommander des améliorations continues aux approches de transformation, aux processus et aux pratiques de livraison;

  • Réaliser toute autre activité ou livrer tout autre livrable connexe, selon les besoins.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence;
  • AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation certifications issued by recognized institutions or technology vendors;
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of recent and demonstrated experience leading large-scale projects, programs, or transformation initiatives within enterprise environments;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of recent and demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of AI transformation, digital modernization, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives within large organizations;
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects or transformation initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments following Agile principles and involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities;
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining governance structures, operating models, performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and program oversight processes;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change management and technology transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and workforce enablement activities;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, AI governance considerations, and AI adoption strategies;
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams, including facilitating technical demonstrations, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making forums;
  • The resource must be eligible to obtain the following security clearance: Reliability Status, requiring a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable personal history;
  • Excellent English communication skills, as the position is located outside of Quebec.
