Spécialiste des programmes de soutien aux patients

Responsabilités:
  • Soutenir les programmes de soutien aux patients (PSP) sous sa responsabilité en contribuant à leur performance, à la gestion des risques et à leur amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec des partenaires interfonctionnels afin de recueillir des renseignements sur les besoins non comblés des patients et des professionnels de la santé, dans le but d'optimiser les offres des PSP.
  • Participer à la gestion continue des fournisseurs de PSP, notamment en soutenant les évaluations des risques, les plans d'atténuation et la résolution des enjeux.
  • Élaborer, maintenir et assurer la gouvernance de la documentation des programmes, tout en veillant au respect des politiques internes, des codes de l'industrie et des exigences réglementaires.
  • S'assurer que les processus, les niveaux de service et les normes de qualité sont clairement définis et respectés; analyser les indicateurs de performance et les tableaux de bord afin d'évaluer les résultats des programmes et les occasions d'amélioration.
  • Développer une expertise des parcours thérapeutiques des patients et fournir des recommandations aux équipes interfonctionnelles concernant les obstacles à l'optimisation des soins et des résultats cliniques.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour les PSP attribués auprès des équipes terrain et des clients, en répondant aux demandes d'information et en soutenant les activités opérationnelles ainsi que la résolution de problèmes.
  • Offrir de la formation et de l'information sur les objectifs des programmes, les processus, les parcours d'inscription et les services offerts, dans une optique d'amélioration continue et de gestion du cycle de vie.
  • Répondre rapidement aux questions des professionnels de la santé et du personnel clinique concernant l'accès aux PSP, les flux de travail et les problèmes opérationnels.
  • Coordonner les activités avec les équipes terrain, les fournisseurs de PSP et les partenaires internes relativement aux opérations et à la mise en œuvre des programmes.
  • Participer à la planification budgétaire et à la gestion des dépenses liées aux PSP, notamment en contribuant aux prévisions et aux rapprochements budgétaires.


Qualifications
  • Baccalauréat requis (dans un domaine de la santé ou des sciences de la vie fortement préféré).
  • De 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des soins de santé; une expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique est préféré.
  • Expérience de collaboration avec des professionnels de la santé dans un contexte commercial ou clinique, de préférence en soutien aux parcours cliniques des patients, aux services pharmaceutiques, à la navigation du remboursement ou à d'autres services de soutien aux patients.
  • Connaissance du système de santé canadien, y compris des régimes publics et privés ainsi que de leurs processus, un atout.
  • Maîtrise du français requise.

Patient Program Specialist

  • Ensure clear process flows, service levels, and quality standards are defined and met; analyze program metrics and dashboards to assess program performance, opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop expertise in patient therapeutic journeys, providing input to cross-functional teams on barriers to optimal care and outcomes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned PSPs for field teams and customers, responding to inquiries and supporting program operations and issue resolution.
  • Provide education on program objectives, processes, enrollment pathways, and available services, with an eye to continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
  • Rapidly respond to HCP and clinic staff inquiries about PSP access, workflows, and any issues.
  • Coordinate with field teams, PSP vendors, and internal counterparts regarding program operations and implementation support.
  • Support budget planning and stewardship of PSP spend, contributing to forecasting and reconciliation of program budgets.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree required (health or life sciences strongly preferred)

  • Experience working with healthcare professionals in a commercial or clinical capacity, with preference for supporting patient clinical workflows, pharmacy services, reimbursement navigation, or other patient support services.
