Basé(e) principalement à Ottawa, avec Montréal également envisagé, vous analyserez et résoudrez des tickets techniques provenant de clients nord-américains, dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique axé sur les technologies Cloud et Packet Core. Ce que vous ferez
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes des clients liés aux domaines Cloud et Packet Core
• Fournir des correctifs, des résolutions et des analyses pour les nœuds Cloud et Packet Core (CNIS, SDI, CCD, CEE, PCC, PCG)
• Soutenir l'intégration des produits Cloud et Packet Core
• Offrir un soutien au niveau des solutions aux clients
• Diriger les analyses de cause profonde et piloter de manière autonome les processus d'escalade
• Participer à une rotation d'astreinte 24h/24, 7j/7 pour traiter les problèmes, escalades et urgences des clients
• Se déplacer sur les sites clients au besoin pour fournir un soutien sur place
• Utiliser les outils de soutien standard d'Ericsson, notamment CSR, MHWEB, Metis et JIRA
• Transmettre des commentaires aux équipes de Recherche et Développement
• Se tenir informé(e) des technologies émergentes et partager ses connaissances pour renforcer les capacités des clients

Ce que vous apportez
• Baccalauréat en sciences, en génie ou dans un domaine équivalent
• Connaissances techniques dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : systèmes d'exploitation et conteneurs (Linux - Ubuntu/Red Hat, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), virtualisation et réseaux (machines virtuelles, réseaux définis par logiciel), matériel (plateformes de serveurs Dell et HPE) ou stockage (stockage défini par logiciel - CEPH, ScaleIO)
• Expérience pratique dans des environnements virtualisés et natifs du cloud
• Connaissances en scripting
• Capacité à communiquer clairement des problèmes techniques à des publics variés
• Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées sous pression
• Solides compétences en collaboration et en communication
• Intérêt pour le coaching et le mentorat, ou expérience dans ces domaines
• Capacité à représenter Ericsson de manière professionnelle dans des environnements en contact avec les clients
• Flexibilité pour voyager à court préavis
• Expérience en services de soutien et en opérations (atout)

What you will do

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge to support customer capability development


The skills you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas: OS & Containers (Linux - Ubuntu/Red Hat, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), Virtualization & Networking (Virtual Machines, Software-Defined Networking), Hardware (Dell and HPE server platforms), or Storage (software-defined storage - CEPH, ScaleIO)

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position for

Ottawa, Ontario: $69,600-91,350 CAD

Montreal, Quebec $65,600-86,100 CAD

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson's Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3 personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
