Full Job Description
Overview

The Sourcing and Analytics Manager is a high-performing, data-driven Procurement professional. In this role, you will drive oversight over our $1+ Billion annual spend portfolio. This is not a bureaucratic, purely oversight role-we operate with minimal red tape, meaning you will be expected to shift seamlessly between high-level category strategy and hands-on tactical execution on a daily basis.

Must be a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, loves solving complex data puzzles, and can confidently navigate contract law and high-stakes supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Strategic Sourcing: Lead complex, high-impact sourcing events from market research and RFx execution to final vendor selection and contract execution.
Contract Redlining & Commercial Management: Assist on legal and commercial terms, liaising with NFI legal. Independently review, redline, and draft Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Letters of Intent (LOIs), Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and equipment/service/project contracts, balancing risk mitigation with business agility.
Autonomous Data Analytics: Cleanse, structure, and analyze large spend datasets to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize Working Capital (WC), and build scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track the team's effectiveness and set key pricing metrics for key categories.
High-Stakes Negotiations: Develop and execute robust negotiation strategies that drive maximum value, hard cost savings, and favorable commercial terms without damaging critical partner relationships.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Establish and manage rigorous governance frameworks for key suppliers to ensure accountability, continuous improvement, and operational consistency.
CFO & Cross-Functional Alignment: Support VP of Strategic Sourcing in driving procurement initiatives with overarching corporate financial targets, delivering clear, standardized project updates and coordinating resources as needed.
Other: Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.

Qualifications
Experience: 4-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within a complex enterprise or fast-paced environment.
Contracting Expertise: Proven track record of independently redlining complex commercial agreements and working knowledge of legal/commercial risk frameworks.
Advanced Analytics: Highly proficient in data manipulation and visualization. Strong hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., Coupa or similar) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
Financial & Problem-Solving Acumen: Deep understanding of procurement's impact on financial statements, specifically Cash Flow, Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Working Capital. Lean Six Sigma training or a strong background in structured problem-solving frameworks is a significant plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
Technology: Must be tech-savvy with proven experience in creating AI agents, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and an overall aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to ever changing technology.

Other--
Comfort with Ambiguity: You don't need a playbook; you enjoy creating the framework where none exists.
Zero Ego: You are equally comfortable presenting a multi-million dollar strategy to executive stakeholders as you are pulling your own raw data reports or formatting an Excel sheet.
Continuous Learner: You actively study the art of negotiation, human-centered design, or advanced problem-solving to sharpen your toolkit.
Digger: You dig into problems and am resourceful, you don't just give the easiest responses or let the problem "go away".
Adapter: Our organization requires flexibility, so must have the ability to adapt to match the situation at hand, rigidity doesn't work here, but commonsense discipline does.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 5%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.

Employees are also eligible for a robust benefit program, which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave, among other benefit plan options.
