IntroductionWe are looking for a
Sourcing Manager to join our
Sourcing / Procurement team. In this role, you will lead sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, and new supplier development across the North and Central America market area, contributing to procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier excellence.

Sourcing Director.This role is based in
Brookfield, WI with
hybrid working options available.
Team you will belong to:You will lead a team of
(4) sourcing and procurement professionals focused on strategic sourcing, supplier development, and procurement performance. Our team plays a key role in driving competitiveness, supplier quality, and cost efficiency, with a shared focus on delivering business value through effective sourcing strategies. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, finance, and supply chain, as well as external suppliers and partners. Our team is based in
Brookfield, WI and our ways of working emphasize collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:- Lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies across your responsibility area
- Manage procurement spend and build strong commercial relationships with suppliers
- Drive procurement performance to deliver savings and operational improvements
- Identify and execute competitiveness improvement initiatives
- Lead new supplier development aligned with business needs
- Monitor supplier risk and ensure mitigation actions are implemented
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global logistics to improve purchasing performance
What you'll bring:- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of cross-functional business areas such as sales, engineering, supply chain, and finance
- Proven experience in supplier development, contract negotiation, and relationship management
- Experience within mining or heavy construction industry (nice to have)
