As a Sourcing Analyst, you'll support Procurement strategies by negotiating commercial terms, evaluating vendors, conducting market research, and conducting pricing analysis across technology-related goods and services, including professional services, software acquisitions, and renewals. Working closely with internal stakeholders and senior team members, you'll help align sourcing strategies with business needs while ensuring a seamless, compliant, and value-driven procurement experience.

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Track and manage expiring agreements within assigned categories to support timely renewals or re-sourcing decisions.
• Negotiation Support: Lead pricing and contract negotiations for assigned categories, preparing negotiation strategies, materials, and pricing models to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Commercial Review: Analyze vendor quotes, order forms, and statements of work to identify opportunities to strengthen commercial terms and overall engagement value.
• RFx Management & Pricing Analysis: Create and administer vendor requests (Request for Information, Proposal, or Quote (RFx)), evaluate responses, and develop pricing analysis for stakeholder and senior team review.
• Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct market research, supplier due diligence, and competitive benchmarking to assess vendor capabilities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Legal Collaboration: Partner closely with Procurement Counsel during contract review and negotiation, ensuring complete and accurate documentation throughout the process.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with internal business services professionals to understand business requirements, service objectives, and strategic initiatives impacting vendor services.
• Process Guidance & Compliance: Guide stakeholders through required Procurement processes, clearly communicating policies and best practices to support compliance and efficiency.
• Category & Market Insight: Monitor category trends, benchmarks, and best practices while supporting cost-reduction initiatives such as vendor consolidation, value engineering, and alternative sourcing options.
• Risk & Continuity Support: Assist in identifying and monitoring supply chain risks-including supplier disruption, quality concerns, geopolitical factors, and regulatory compliance-to help ensure continuity.

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management, is required; with 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Management functions, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
• Category Expertise: Experience with technology-related categories, including software licensing and subscriptions and complex professional services (e.g., managed services, consulting, outsourced staffing), strongly preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service and professional judgment.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent Work Style: A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to apply learnings across similar projects and transactions.
• Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Industry Exposure: Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment, along with advanced financial analysis or process management skills, is a plus.
• Technology: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Office), particularly Excel; experience with spend analytics, contract databases, ticketing or workflow tools, and procure-to-pay (P2P) systems strongly preferred.
