  • Partner across retail operations and corporate functions (merchandising, supply chain, stores, customer service, etc.) to assess workflows and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to uncover operational pain points, prioritize use cases, and align business and technical teams
  • Build and maintain a process-to-AI roadmap, tracking current, planned, and future AI-enabled workflows and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define pilots, establish success metrics, and support rollout and scaling of AI solutions
  • Identify, standardize, and scale repeatable AI patterns and best practices across the organization
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and operational effectiveness to inform optimization, investment decisions, and organizational readiness
  • Drive AI awareness and engagement through stakeholder communication, adoption materials (release summaries, use cases, best practices), and an internal champions network while translating emerging capabilities into business-friendly insights
