Responsibilities
The Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Technology Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for owning product strategy, outcomes, and value realization across critical enterprise business domains.
This role ensures that major enterprise platforms including customer, operations, and peoplerelated systems are managed as products with clear ownership, intentional roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, rather than collections of projects or standalone systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Business Ownership
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across assigned enterprise domains (e.g., Store Operations, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and core enterprise platforms).
- Provide product ownership for enterprise platforms that span multiple functions, ensuring alignment to broader business strategy.
- Partner with functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Ensure product investments deliver measurable value across experience, efficiency, compliance, and data enablement.
Portfolio Leadership & Investment Decisions
- Lead prioritization and investment decisions across a diversified product portfolio.
- Balance innovation, operational needs, regulatory requirements, and longterm platform health.
- Ensure enterprise platforms are aligned with architecture, security, and data standards.
Product Operating Model & Governance
- Establish clear product ownership and decision rights across the portfolio.
- Ensure enterprise platforms with shared ownership models have strong product leadership and accountability.
- Drive alignment across IT delivery, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enterprise-level experience within retail, wholesale, or consumer-facing organizations operating in complex, cross-functional environments
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product ownership, business technology, or enterprise platform leadership
- Demonstrated experience owning outcomes across multiple business functions or enterprise platforms, beyond a single product or initiative
- Prior experience operating in a senior leadership capacity, influencing decisions and setting direction at an enterprise level
- Proven track record building trusted relationships with senior executives, partnering to define priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in matrixed organizations through influence, alignment, and accountability
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scopeand responsibilities of the position.
