Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the forefront of innovative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech environment, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.
As a Lead Solutions Analyst at JPMorganChase within Corporate Technology, you will bring structure and operational rigor to a portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional
technology initiatives that impact clients, employees, and stakeholders across the firm. You will serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, and senior leadership — translating complexity into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes. This role demands both big-picture thinking and relentless execution: you will set priorities, manage resources, mobilize matrixed teams, and proactively surface and resolve delivery risks before they become blockers. Your success will be measured by the clarity you create, the follow-through you drive, and the confidence you build with the leaders you support.

Job responsibilities
  • LBuild and maintain integrated program plans across workstreams, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all teams are aligned on objectives and release readiness
  • Track critical path items, dependencies, and delivery dates — surfacing impacts early and driving timely course corrections across engineering, product, quality assurance, and operations teams
  • Run the operating rhythm and governance forums, including status meetings, leadership readouts, and cross-functional coordination sessions that keep programs moving forward
  • Maintain a decision log and drive open decision items to resolution, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely closure across all program workstreams
  • Track actions with defined owners and due dates, applying persistent follow-up discipline to ensure commitments are met and escalations are handled proactively
  • Create, refresh, and manage program and portfolio status decks, delivering concise executive-ready communications that summarize progress, risks, mitigations, decisions needed, and next steps
  • Own end-to-end risk, assumption, issue, and dependency management by confirming ownership, due dates, mitigation plans, and escalation or closure paths
  • Manage resourcing and capacity across programs, including resourcing plans, capacity views, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and allocation changes
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology programs in large, matrixed organizations with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to build compelling narratives, produce concise written updates, and drive clear decisions in leadership forums
  • Proven ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational complexity without losing delivery momentum
  • Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Technical fluency with modern platforms, software delivery practices, and tooling sufficient to partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities, data analysis tools, and presentation platforms to enhance program visibility and decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services technology, particularly in high-governance environments with complex stakeholder landscapes and multi-team program dependencies
  • Change management experience, including communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption support across impacted groups
  • Demonstrated ability to establish repeatable operating rhythms and governance structures across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical domains and delivery landscapes while maintaining execution control and stakeholder confidence
  • Experience supporting senior technology leaders with portfolio-level visibility, executive briefings, and strategic program communications
