Full Job Description
We9re looking for an energetic Solutions Consultant to serve as the subject matter expert for our SaaS-based TMS platform. In this high-impact role, you will accelerate customer integration by planning, managing, and overseeing parallel integration projects using APIs and EDI. You9ll work closely with sales to demo solutions, answer complex technical questions, and ensure our customers quickly realize the maximum value from our system.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Pre-Sales Support
  • Partner with Sales reps to understand prospect goals, pain points, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather detailed transportation, logistics, and systems integration requirements.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value and capabilities of the proposed TMS solution.
  • Create solution proposals, process flow diagrams, and integration architecture overviews.
  • Deliver Statement of Work documentation for proposed solutions.

Design and Configuration
  • Translate customer business requirements into detailed solution designs leveraging TMS configuration, API integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Report customer feedback and use case to product teams to help roadmap and feature planning

Implementation support
  • Partner with customer success/account management team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
  • Organize technical resources to scope necessary development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during early implementation stages, ensuring customer expectations align with the TMS9s capabilities.
  • Set and communicate accurate and achievable delivery timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and go-live planning where necessary.
  • Drive deliverables to completion

Customer Enablement and Support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers post-implementation, identifying opportunities for optimization and upsell.
  • Tier 2 support for integration or troubleshooting issues impacting customer9s daily operations.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering/architect and/or technical project management capacity dealing directly with customers and multiple technical teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate client desires to the development team
  • Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations
  • Ability to clearly define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction and business results
  • Experience with system integration design, implementation, testing (EDI/API)
  • Native or highly proficient English language skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • First hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus


$85,000 - $115,000 a year

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role9s scope and complexity, the candidate9s experience and expertise. In addition to your base compensation offer, you will also receive stock options and benefits listed below.
