Overview: AvePoint is seeking a Solutions Consultant, AI to partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across enterprise customers.
This role sits at the intersection of presales, advisory, and technical solutioning, helping customers translate AI ambition into practical, scalable use cases-particularly across Microsoft Copilot, data governance, and AI readiness.
You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping customer strategy, designing solutions, and accelerating revenue through AI-led conversations.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales teams to engage enterprise customers and prospects on AI initiatives
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and map them to AI, Copilot, and data solutions
- Design and deliver tailored solution architectures aligned to business outcomes
- Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements focused on AI use cases
- Advise customers on AI readiness, data foundation, governance, and responsible AI adoption
- Support end-to-end presales cycle, including proposals, technical validation, and deal positioning
- Partner with account teams to accelerate pipeline, improve win rates, and drive expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Delivery and Client Services to ensure successful transition and implementation alignment
- Contribute to marketing, enablement, and thought leadership initiatives related to AI
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights and field experience
Qualifications: - 5-10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, or Solution Architecture
- Experience with AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, or enterprise automation platforms
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and cloud collaboration ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

The Salary Range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards.
