Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise risk management solutions. This role is responsible for architecting scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions, modernizing GRC processes, and providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow IRM, enterprise GRC frameworks, and large-scale risk management implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow IRM architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise across enterprise risk management processes including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs using ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• Architect and implement core ServiceNow IRM modules including Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, Controls Testing, Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), and Emerging Risk programs.
• Define solution architecture, integration strategies, data models, workflows, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver enterprise risk management solutions.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, architectural standards, security requirements, and enterprise governance.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical design sessions.
• Support testing, deployment, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and implementation standards.
• Communicate technical strategies and solution designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Deep functional and technical expertise across the ServiceNow IRM suite.
• Strong experience with Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, Controls Testing, Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), and Emerging Risk programs.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and enterprise risk management best practices.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions and platform architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow modernization or risk transformation initiatives.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow IRM with enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications related to IRM, GRC, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience supporting highly regulated enterprise environments.
