Job Description

Nokia of America Corporation, Solution Integration (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy e2e architecture, design, implementation plans and acceptance tests for projects and technical infrastructure documents.
  • Support delivery and configuration of Customer Labs and Customer Production systems, including creation and execution of Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Test Plans.
  • Interface with product lines, solution management and project management teams.
  • Perform end-to-end optimization of 5G architecture, including gathering and analysis of traces, logs and KPIs, customer interface and reports, and recommendations developed by problem solving.
  • Responsible for migration, rollback and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies.
  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert.


Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 40%. #LI-DNI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive, related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience with the following:
  • 4G or 5G technologies and architecture;
  • Cloud Solutions, Cloud SME, and Deployment SME;
  • Troubleshooting vertical or horizontal deployment;
  • VoLTE, VoWiFi, or VoNR; and
  • Core optimization and call processing analysis for 4G or 5G.


Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 40%.

Domestic travel required up to 10%.
