What a Great Candidate Looks Like:- You have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support, analytical, or consulting role
- You have a high EQ and impeccable communication skills
- You hold a BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, or engineering or have equivalent technical professional experience
- You have specific experience in the delivery or implementation of SaaS software within large enterprise environments
- You are experienced in interacting directly with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and are familiar with common API protocols
- You have experience working with relational databases and SQL commands
- You are conversant in the agile software development process and relevant tools such as Atlassian Jira® and GitHub
- You are familiar with common data formats such as csv and JSON, as well as the methods and tools for reading, writing, manipulating, and secure transfer of such data files
- You are consultative and collaborative in your approach to problem solving
- You are eager to evolve and face new challenges
The Opportunity We OfferYou will be responsible for designing and supporting implementations of the Graphyte product suite both pre- and post-sale, ensuring frictionless solutions that drive success. Your clients will include some of the largest financial institutions in the world, and you will be the one of the first to witness the outsize impact of our software on enterprise operational efficiency.
On a daily basis you will interact with Quantifind's Customer Success Managers, Technical Project Managers, and Technical Product Managers, as well as our clients' IT and business stakeholders. You will manage complex technical projects, triage inbound questions and requests, help manage technical documentation, and operate as a key conduit of communication. You will have every opportunity to operate as an extension of the Product development team, gathering evidence and feedback from the field and being the first to bring Quantifind's innovative product solutions to life.
Quantifind operates an informal hybrid schedule around hubs in Palo Alto, California, Washington D.C., New York City, New York and Boston, Massachusetts with the balance of engineers in the Palo Alto area. Quantifind is currently using a hybrid mix of working from home and in the office, with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. Due to the location of our clients our preference is an East Coast based candidate, with Boston, Massachusetts and New York City, New York preferred.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $165,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
