ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the Director Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery, the selected candidate will contribute to the team's mandate. As a member of the Corporate Functions Solution team, you will support the corporate teams in delivering technological solutions, improving operational efficiency and enhancing employee productivity through automation, generative AI, and agentic solutions.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Solution Designer, Corporate Functions Solutions Delivery, you'll:

  • Translate functional requirements into end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure & Snowflake services
  • Develop solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications aligned with enterprise standards
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and development teams to identify scalable, right- sized, and compliant solutions addressing the business needs
  • Actively participate in the implementation of cloud solutions, develop core components, and ensure they are aligned with the solution design patterns
  • Embed security-by-design practices, contribute to DevOps automation (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC with Bicep/Terraform), and cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled solutions on Azure AI Foundry and Azure, including Copilot Studio agents, with responsible AI guardrails in place
  • Design the integration and data foundations- APIs, event-driven patterns, Snowflake - with attention to scalability and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities to support team members and engage with multiple stakeholders


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in solution design, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration roles
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Azure cloud-based enterprise solutions
  • Strong understanding of SDLC practices, including responsible-AI practices, cloud cost management (FinOps) and security patterns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with corporate functions such as Corporate Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, HR and Communications, an asset
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methods
  • Familiarity with delivering generative-AI or intelligent-automation solutions in an enterprise setting (Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Snowflake or comparable agent frameworks)
  • Strong understanding of agent development patterns using both low-code and pro-code approaches leveraging Power Platform stack
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric - including Power BI semantic models and Fabric Data Factory (Dataflows Gen2 and data pipelines) for ingestion - with attention to scalability and continuous improvement
  • Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
