Role Definition
Partners with business stakeholders to identify, design, and implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance processes, automate reporting, and scale AI-driven capabilities. Translates business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with enterprise strategy, driving efficiency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing technology solutions that automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility, leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and modern reporting platforms.
• Partnering with GPO and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment to enterprise strategy, including digital acceleration and process transformation initiatives.
• Driving automation and AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, developing scalable solutions, and enabling self-service reporting capabilities across the organization.
• Supporting the transformation of reporting processes by transitioning from manual, fragmented workflows to standardized, technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.
• Aligning solutions to strategic pillars by enhancing customer insights, advancing digital and automation capabilities, and enabling new ways of working through streamlined processes and tools.
• Developing technical documentation, solution designs, and user guidance to support adoption, scalability, and long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
• Monitoring solution performance, gathering user feedback, and continuously improving tools and processes to increase effectiveness and business value.

Compensation & Benefits:

Summary Pay Range:

$118,860.00 - $190,176.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
