Job Description Summary:

Solution Architect (SAP EWM). Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. Kansas City, Missouri. Responsible for the overall delivery of the SAP services across the business domains of materials management, logistics, and warehouse management for the Lindt companies in North America. Define, plan, and execute the delivery management functions including systems enhancements and projects, process and change management, service, and incident and problem management in EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) domain. Lead the delivery of SAP EWM module for projects and system enhancements, end user support services, and system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new functions and features. Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed for EWM area. Build and maintain strong relationships with users and other stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. Act as the primary contact for end users and other stakeholders on EWM delivery. Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with the internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in EWM area. Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements as well as best practices. Lead the requirements definition and convert requirements into program specifications and necessary system documentation. Configure and implement the following SAP modules based on business requirements: warehouse management, materials management, procurement (and connections to accounts payable), and inventory including radio frequency. Execute and lead testing process (unit and integration test). Aid in the management of third-party vendors. Provide support to management regarding strategy and roadmap planning. The person in this position may work from home from any location in the United States. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related degree. Six years of experience in any IT role working with S/4 HANA EWM, S/4 HANA MM/Procurement, and S/4 HANA Inventory Management. Demonstrated understanding of the full implementation cycle of S/4 modules. Demonstrated ability to configure and customize S/4 HANA Inventory, Material and Warehouse Management functions. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following end-to-end business processes: procurement, supply chain and logistics, stock transport orders, goods movement, goods issues, cycle counting, outbound and inbound delivery document management, pick/pack and ship, RF processing and barcoding, and batch management. Demonstrated understanding of the interaction of MM and WM processes with other business processes and SAP modules (mainly FICO, SD, and PP). Demonstrated experience in leveraging full capabilities of SAP core functionalities to keep customizations to minimum. Demonstrated experience in complex SAP environments. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
