Seeking a hands-on Leader, Solution Architecture to lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects while driving the design, governance, and delivery of scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong architecture leadership, technical depth, and people management experience, with expertise in cloud-native platforms, application modernization, AI/ML, and enterprise digital transformation.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and Technology Leadership.
• 3-5+ years leading Solution Architects, Architecture Practice, or Engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills
• rchitecture Leadership: Solution & Enterprise Architecture, Governance, Technology Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Stakeholder Management, Executive Communication, Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring.
