As a Solution Analyst at Uline, you'll partner with business and IT teams to understand business needs and shape effective technical solutions. Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to improve business processes, systems and user experiences across our growing North American company.
Position Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
- Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
- Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent.
- Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
