Job DescriptionPurpose: Maintain complete accountability for the scope of each assigned project, ensuring completion according to schedule and within budget. Serve as the primary customer interface within the enterprise ensuring appropriate communication flow between internal and external project team members.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple solar projects from handoff through closeout, overseeing project scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, safety requirements, and overall execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with Construction Managers and the General Superintendent to ensure personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors are available to meet critical milestones.
- Manage project financials, including weekly budget and cost-code reviews, cost-to-complete forecasting, revenue forecasting, billing, SOVs, and financial updates in Viewpoint.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing project updates, managing deliverables, addressing contract requirements, and creating, submitting, and tracking change orders.
- Partner with Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Estimating on project scope, submittals, RFIs, constructability, customer requirements, and clarification needed for successful execution.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors, including tracking orders and delivery timelines, requesting subcontractor quotes, awarding work within budget, and ensuring work meets project requirements.
- Support safe field execution by partnering with Construction Managers to ensure required safety materials, documentation, forms, and reporting are in place and KE safety procedures are followed.
- Lead project handoff, kickoff, coordination, and closeout meetings with field and support teams to align on scope, schedule, budget, benchmarks, performance goals, and project expectations.
- Monitor project performance through regular site visits, communicating with field teams on progress, scheduled versus actual completion, cost-code performance, and support needs.
- Manage project closeout, including customer punch-list items, final invoicing and deliverables, lessons learned, and feedback to Pre-Construction and Estimating to improve future bids and project execution.

- Proven working experience in utility grade photovoltaic project management.
- Ability to oversee and report progress daily to the leadership team, to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Experience with basic Project Management and resource coordination, to include: estimating, planning, scheduling, cost management, materials/purchasing, operations and maintenance, and client-facing.
- Ability to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as the project team.
- Ability to meet with clients to take capture project details and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet budgetary objectives and to adjust to project constraints based on analysis.
- Experience with tracking project performance, analyzing the project upon completion with short- and long-term milestones.
- Ability to delegate project tasks to project team members, based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure.
- Competency in Microsoft applications included Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Manage project files, drawings, documents & records in our project system.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work on some out-of-town projects.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year DOE
