Software Tools Leader
Description -
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software ToolsLeader to oversee and manage a variety of software tools critical to the success. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in a suite of tools including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps,Harness.io and Datadog. In addition, the candidate must possess a deep understanding of SOX compliance, particularly regarding SOD, PUAR, Change Management (CM1, CM2, CM3), and related frameworks. This role will be key in driving the efficiency and security of our software operations, ensuring proper compliance, and managing ongoing tool enhancements.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the administration and usage of Harness.io to ensure smooth integration and alignment with business goals
• Lead efforts to streamline and improve the performance of existing tools, enabling the development teams to deliver high-quality code faster and more efficiently
• Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements, with a focus on SOD, PUAR, and Change Management (CM1, CM2, CM3)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security, and compliance) to understand tool requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Create detailed reports on tool usage, incidents, and compliance audits. Conduct regular audits to ensure all tools and systems remain SOX compliant
Education and Required Experience
• Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in a managerial or senior role, managing enterprise-level software tools

The base pay range for this role is $154,400 up to $227,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
