What Success Looks Like- Establish and execute comprehensive QA strategies to validate integrated software and hardware systems across complex environments
- Optimize existing QA workflows and leverage automated testing tools and AI-driven testing frameworks to maximize testing efficiency and coverage
- Monitor, analyze, and report critical quality metrics directly to leadership and executive stakeholders to guide release decisions
- Partner with development, product, and operations teams to align quality assurance initiatives with cross-functional project goals
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance to cultivate testing competencies and elevate team performance
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing across multi-device systems to verify overall system stability and performance
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies- Proven expertise in end-to-end QA methodologies, software testing lifecycles, and integrated system testing across multi-device architectures
- AI Literacy and Application in software quality assurance, including the ability to leverage AI tools for test case generation, anomaly detection, and defect analysis
- Advanced proficiency in test management systems such as Jira to track, prioritize, and resolve software and hardware defects efficiently
- Critical experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enforce quality standards
- Strong foundational knowledge in programming fundamentals and software development methodologies
- Acute analytical precision to identify subtle edge-case failure modes in interconnected hardware and software systems
Additional Qualifications- Experience with automated test frameworks and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or complex multi-device test environment setups
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or similar quality functions
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Software testing lifecycles (STLC) and formal QA methodologies
- Test management tools, including Jira
- Multi-device software and hardware integration testing
- Fundamental programming concepts and development practices
