About the Role
We are seeking a Software Security Specialist Sr – AI Security to lead the secure design, development, and assessment of GenAI and Agentic systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Mature Gen AI and Agentic policy and playbooks
• Mature Risk based approach to appropriately designate level of review for each GenAI and agentic use case
• Partner with Architecture, Automation, Data Science, Lines of Business and other Security teams to ensure a seamless process for new use case review and enablement
• Help team align their Gen AI and Agentic use cases to platforms with Gen AI and Agentic controls to compliment the use case they are building
• Ensure required Gen AI and Agentic security requirements are built into new solutions up front as they are being designed
• Help direct teams to existing Gen AI and agentic security controls currently available
• Review and coach teams regarding their plans to meet required Gen AI and Security Controls within their project
• Assist in validating Gen AI and Agentic security controls have been effectively implemented prior to production release
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of expertise in application security, software security engineering, or similar
• Experience security AI/ML workloads, such as LLM integration, model serving (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain), or MLOps pipelines
• Deep understanding of secure software design principles, code-level threat modeling, and vulnerability classes relevant to AI systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related AI/ML services (e.g., Bedrock, Foundry)
• Solid knowledge of modern identity, AuthN/Z, and data protection practices in AI contexts (e.g., prompt-level RBAC, data leakage protection)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence both engineering and executive stakeholders

Job Description- Responsible for enabling developers to create more secure software through coaching and mentoring developers and provides subject matter expertise to Application Security programs.
- Works with developers to help them create more secure code.
- Manages projects and tasks related to developer.
- Sets secure coding standards and requirements with team.
- Coaches developers on language specific coding techniques to avoid or remediate coding flaws.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $80,000.00 – $185,150.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
