Come develop great software solutions to solve exciting problems and deliver exceptional consumer experiences! The Software Product Engineering team is actively looking for a Delivery Lead. Are you determined to deliver the best user-centered solutions? Are you interested in shaping the next generation of application development? If so, please apply.
What You'll Be Doing This is a senior player-coach role at the intersection of engineering delivery and technical program management - you will own delivery execution while staying close enough to the technical work to guide, challenge, and unblock the team. As a Delivery Lead focused on consumer engagement, you will apply modern web technologies and AI-powered architecture to design solutions that transform consumer experiences and improve outcomes. You will drive delivery excellence in close collaboration with engineering and user-experience teams, partnering with peers to influence the development process as we scale and creating an impactful operation that is responsive to both business and consumer needs.
How You'll Succeed - As a Delivery Lead, you will bring both your technical and delivery expertise to design and build applications that exceed product goals, advance AI-powered consumer experiences, and transform the ecosystem.
- Leveraging your strong background in software engineering and AI delivery to guide the team's work, help solve complex problems, and understand technology and architecture directions for AI-enabled products and platforms.
- Contributing to a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation by sharing expertise, coordinating across workstreams, and helping engineers navigate complex delivery challenges.
- Driving process change, continuously evaluating and enhancing software engineering processes, AI tooling, methodologies, and delivery practices to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- As a superb communicator and influencer with strong interpersonal skills, you will work and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, AI, and data stakeholders to align delivery and drive outcomes.
- Setting clear objectives, scope and schedules, ensuring the team's understanding of expectations and priorities.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery blockers and risks by establishing clear escalation paths, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, and driving timely resolution to protect team velocity and product commitments.
- Partner with Operations teams to ensure seamless handoff of delivered products to support to enable sustained operational excellence post-deployment.
What You Should Bring - Experience leading complex engineering and AI/ML delivery projects from inception to production.
- An understanding of full stack development including RESTful APIs, SOA/MSA, Message brokers (Kafka), Distributed Data Management (NoSQL, Event sourcing), Observability (Grafana, Splunk), DevOps, CI/CD, AWS/Azure, and familiarity with AI/GenAI integration patterns and LLM APIs.
- A strong ability to drive delivery of robust, high-scale systems and to challenge engineers to think bigger and more generically in developing their solutions
- Demonstrated ability to scope, schedule and resource multiple complex projects in collaboration with other cross functional partners.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with outstanding communication skills. Can effectively communicate complex ideas and make compelling arguments
- Excellent cross-functional influencer with experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including how large language models, agentic workflows, and data pipelines are leveraged to build intelligent consumer-facing products.
- Experience contributing to and scaling software engineering teams, enabling efficient delivery of high quality software products.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members, leading through influence within and across teams to maintain alignment and shared consciousness
- Championing AI-native ways of working by embedding AI tools and practices into daily engineering workflows - from AI-assisted code review and automated testing to LLM-powered documentation and intelligent sprint planning - fostering a team culture that treats AI as a core collaborator rather than a supplementary tool.
- Collaborate on the product budget and business plan, partnering with finance and business stakeholders to forecast resource needs, track spend against targets, and ensure investments align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.
- Define and maintain the product release plan and roadmap, milestones, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery cadence and clear visibility into near-term and long-term product direction.
Your Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field
- 8 or more years working in software engineering roles
- 5 or more years of experience in a technical lead, engineering manager, delivery lead, or senior program management role
