- Bring structure and strategy to the industry's hardest problems - platform scalability, AI infusion, and developer ecosystem enablement - building compelling hypotheses and rigorous business cases that unlock transformational value.
- Harness the power of AI as both a consulting tool and a client deliverable - using advanced analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation to accelerate insight generation, sharpen recommendations, and demonstrate value faster than the competition.

- Act as the single point of ownership for major engagements - responsible not just for delivery, but for making the work successful analytically, commercially, and relationally.

- Quickly grasp commercial excellence concepts and have familiarity with the sales cycle.

Here's What You Need:- A Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a Software or Platform company, or a start-up.
Bonus Points If:- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.
- A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems - for clients or within your own organization.
- Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
