Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the software development team in delivering high-quality software products.
- Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and maintain agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and application deployment in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including CI/CD processes.
- Develop and manage software project budgets and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Software Manager or similar leadership role in software development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with software testing and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
