Job DescriptionYou will be the Technical Software Engineering Manager for the MDCX team within Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering high-impact software solutions across cross-functional programs.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Technical Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for guiding a team of Software Engineers to design, build, and sustain micro-services in C++. You will translate program objectives into actionable technical plans and serve as the bridge between technical leads and program leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and prioritize the team's deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output.
- Collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent the team in technical and non-technical forums, communicating status, risks, and opportunities.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $131,000 - $227,125.
