Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Microservices
• Proficient in Spring Boot for designing, developing, and delivering applications
• Experience with database management, specifically PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Familiarity with UI frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing development teams
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Agile teams
• Current cloud certification obtained within the past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Java/Microservice applications using Spring Boot
• Create and manage database entities in PostgreSQL or Oracle DB
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate UI components using ReactJS or AngularJS
• Understand client requirements and propose effective solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI/Dev/QA professionals
• Engage with clients daily to manage and adapt to changing requirements
• Implement Agile practices to streamline development processes
