The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Build AI forward experiences for Agencies. Lead the strategic investment in up leveling Agencies as first class citizens.
- Lead the build out of a scalable backend and frontend infrastructure to generate and serve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insights and recommendations for Agencies.
- Lead the project from its early stage to scale. Create and drive longer term strategy, roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to land and deliver large cross-functional projects.
- Establish a strong culture of engineering excellence on the team. Help build and lead a team of strong engineers.
