Responsibilities - Manage a team of 8 engineers working on building safe data deletion infrastructure. Work closely with them in their individual growth journeys, make and sustain the Safe Data Deletion.
- Own the safe deletion north star goal and our delivery roadmap. Work closely with other functions and program partners to ensure aligned progress across the board to hit our overall goals.
- Improve integration efficiency and onboarding cost to our services.
- Own the production posture, proactively identify areas where we can improve reliability, latency and efficiency of our services.
- Utilize AI and encourage responsible usage to improve team efficiency while ensuring accuracy.
