Primary Responsibilities:- Ability to be part of an On-Call rotation. When On-Call, the shift is 8 hours per day for all 7 days of that week (including weekend)
- Troubleshooting skills to triage production issues and do root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams
- Ability to work and collaborate with teammates as well as other teams across the larger org and globally
- Eagerness to learn new applications and tools
- Capability to understand and learn without much external help
- Working with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Working with one of the core programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Javascript)
- Working with and managing apps and services in the public cloud, ideally Azure
- Working with and managing apps and services hosted in containerized environments, ideally Kubernetes

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in operations/production support role
- 1+ years of experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- 1+ years of experience with one of the core programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, Javascript)
- 1+ years of experience working with and managing apps and services in the public cloud, ideally Azure
- 1+ years of experience using any of the below tools (Azure, Service Now, Dynatrace, Datadog,Glassbox,Splunk, Postman/Insomnia

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Dynatrace and other monitoring/alerting/dashboarding tools
- Experience with React, NodeJs, and/or other modern javascript libraries
- IaC (Infrastructure as Code) experience (e.g. Terraform)
- GitHub and Git experience
- Rally experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
