ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems, both independently and as part of a team.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their technical growth.
- Integrate applications with internal systems, APIs, and third-party services
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools and processes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
