Advanced Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to devise and implement creative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges across distributed software systems.

Consultative Technical Leadership: Strong background acting as a subject matter expert, applying industry best practices, and advising stakeholders on software modernization roadmaps.

Continuous Integration & Quality Assurance: Experience establishing unit testing frameworks, debugging legacy codebases, and maintaining system stability through rigorous software delivery pipelines.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7+ years of professional software development experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 11+ years of hands-on technical software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.

Desired Skills

Cloud & Containerization Migration: Experience re-platforming legacy software into cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure) or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Microservices & API Refactoring: Hands-on experience decomposing monolithic legacy applications into decoupled RESTful microservices.

DevSecOps Pipeline Integration: Familiarity integrating automated build, test, and deployment workflows via modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
