DescriptionAbout the Software Engineer:We're looking for a Software Engineer to help build and evolve the Pulse Analytics platform. You'll work across the stack to ship the data-rich tools our pharmaceutical clients use to navigate the market access landscape. This is a remote role, with most of the team working EST hours. Candidates in the New York metro area are preferred.
In this role, you'll:
- Collaborate with multiple product teams to build interfaces on top of our proprietary healthcare data sets
- Build and improve features across our suite of market access tools
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems and APIs
- Provide technical solutions that meet diverse stakeholder requirements
- Contribute to our growing use of AI and LLM-based tooling across our products and internal workflows
Requirements :- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Experience with Node and GraphQL
- A strong sense of ownership over the solutions your team builds
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and collaborate across teams
- A bias toward shipping and a desire for a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfort working through ambiguous problems, and a willingness to learn new technologies as needs evolve
- Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have - Experience with MongoDB, especially the aggregation framework
- Exposure to AI/LLM tooling

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $135,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
