Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent
• 5+ years of backend development in C# and/or Java, focusing on services and APIs
• 3+ years of frontend development with React or a modern UI framework
• 5+ years of SQL and relational databases experience with schema design and optimization
• 3+ years in financial markets or trading technology, particularly in Fixed Income, Futures, or FX
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Experience supporting production systems during U.S. trading hours
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work onsite in Stamford, CT or NYC

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack applications to enhance Macro trading workflows
• Lead development of trade capture and workflow automation to reduce operational friction
• Collaborate with traders to translate workflows into software solutions
• Drive end-to-end delivery across all layers from problem framing to production
• Embed controls and observability into trade flows via partnerships
• Utilize AI tools to improve the engineering process and validate outcomes
• Define validation strategies for AI changes to ensure production readiness
• Contribute to system integration and enhancements in order workflows
• Participate in production support and incident resolution for critical workflows
