Responsibilities The Quality and Efficiency Technology team is dedicated to building a comprehensive quality assurance system that spans the entire advertising ecosystem, while driving operational efficiency through technological innovation. Our business scope encompasses the advertising management platform, ad delivery systems, moderation systems, conversion attribution, and related infrastructure. Key Responsibilities - Participate substantively in test development initiatives for commercial monetization products. - Conduct business-oriented testing across Web and server-side products. - Track, analyze, and document issues identified during testing; oversee the bug resolution lifecycle by proactively collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. - Execute integration testing and system testing, along with automation and performance testing as required. - Drive and monitor the implementation of end-to-end project workflows, assess project risks, facilitate issue resolution, and safeguard overall product quality. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline. - Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++. - Genuine passion for software testing, with strong attention to detail, diligence, and patience. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rapidly grasp engineering and product nuances. - Prior experience in large-scale system test development is preferred; familiarity with computational advertising or relevant test development experience is a strong plus. - Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning AI technologies and the ability to approach problem-solving with an AI-driven mindset. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
