About the JobWe are looking to hire an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales, and supports the observability stack - dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. You'll maintain what's running in production today and help lead the team's migration to next-generation infrastructure tooling.
What You'll DoSupport integration test CI/CD infrastructure- Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems
- Help lead the team's infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).
Support observability and data infrastructure- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
- Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data.
Required Qualifications- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
- Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices.
- Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
- Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
- Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Helm, Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD.
- Experience with Robot Framework testing.
- Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and tooling for metrics pipelines.
- Familiarity with MCAP data and Foxglove
- Familiarity with Rust, C, or C++.
- Familiarity with team collaboration tooling such as Slack and Slackbot CI development

US Salary Range
$166,000-$220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
