What you'll do...
About Team:
On the Item and Inventory team, we ensure our customers get their orders when and where they want them, in a frictionless, predictable manner. What's more, we create reusable SaaS products and services that manage our catalog and power end-to-end inventory management, including replenishment, fulfillment, and transportation. With end-to-end inventory management, from replenishment and fulfillment to transportation, we give our drivers and partners the tools they need to get the right items to customers on time and in the right packaging.

What you'll do:
  • Develop n-tier applications using Microservices, Java/J2EE, and related technologies.
  • Participate in medium-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with a small group of engineers, including offshore associates, on engineering projects. Provide guidance and review solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and work in an agile development environment with rapid turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve results and promote positive team dynamics.


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience in software development in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Java and strong algorithmic skills.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring, JPA, JUnit, REST services, and design patterns.
  • Skills in messaging platforms like Kafka.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Familiarity with databases like DB2, MS SQL, and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure), git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting skills in Shell or Bash and knowledge on .Net and Unix.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
